Samantha Jenkins is the Director of Events & Experiences at XPRIZE, where she leads the organization’s global events strategy and execution, creating experiences that bring together innovators, scientists, industry leaders, philanthropists, and changemakers in support of XPRIZE’s mission. She oversees the planning and production of high-profile summits, Prize Award Shows, Benefactor retreats, and immersive experiences designed to foster collaboration, storytelling, and impact.

With more than 15 years of experience producing live events and immersive experiences, Samantha brings deep expertise in executive engagement, creative production, and large-scale event strategy across entertainment, corporate, and mission-driven sectors. She first joined XPRIZE in 2016 as a Junior Producer and advanced to Senior Producer and Manager. She later founded her own event business, leading large-scale productions and strategic events for a diverse range of clients and organizations. Inspired by the opportunity to contribute to XPRIZE’s purpose-driven mission, she recently returned to the organization as Director of Events.

Throughout her career, Samantha has contributed to productions surrounding the Academy Awards, Primetime Emmy Awards, Grammy Awards, and other major live events and entertainment productions. Her expertise spans creative production, event operations, executive and VIP experiences, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. Recognized for her calm leadership style and detail-oriented approach, she excels at transforming complex logistics into seamless and memorable experiences.
